am i too ideal if i expect people to being able to do what i can do? am i too ideal if i expect others to do things as fast and with little mistakes because we do not have enough time for mistakes? am i too ideal if i expect others to be professional and stay focused on the job rather than spending time making relationships?
well, someone advised me. she said i am too idealist, expecting others to being able to do thing perfectly. with no mistakes. as for my defense, I've told them what they should avoid and showed them exactly what and how to do, s0. should not i be mad if they still don't get it?
am i too ideal?
