performance = declarative knowledge + procedural knowledge + motivation.
according to the formula, in order to perform, i have to have both knowledge and motivation.
well, i do possess the knowledge (as far as i know from what they told me) but not the motivation.
i am not motivated to even choose to perform or to give any effort on it.
i have tried to use Maslow's hierarchy of needs to motivate me but last time i check, it did not work.
i tried the hygiene's theory t0o, and failed.
anybody has any ideas h0w i can perform without motivation or how can i make myself motivated to at least choose to perform?
